Your villa "Corazon Tropical" was built in 2000 (massive stonewalls) and completely refurbished and updated mid of 2009. The vacation villa has about 1200 sqft and appears roomy and comfortable due to its appealing floor plan. It provides a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, one double garage and a terrace with swimming pool (23 x 10 t ft).

We recommend to occupy the house with 2 to maximum 5 adults, respectively with 2 to 4 adults and 1 to 2 children (for safety reasons, kids should be approximately at the age of 6 and able to swim).

Also the swimming pool and the pool deck have been refurbished completely in 2009. The whole pool area is safeguarded by a lanai from insects and dirt. The pool terrace is equipped with a big seating area with 6 seats, 2 pool beds and a grill. Additional folding chairs and beds for pool and beach are available.

You will find everything in the home what you need to experience a laid-back vacation. The kitchen is equipped with the commonly used devices, like microwave and dishwasher.The living room provides a TV, DVD-player and a hifi system, the bath rooms a hair dryer each and two alarm clocks in the main bed rooms. The master bed room offers also a safe. Futher, a flat iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer and a vacuum cleaner.

Your villa "Corazon Tropical" is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, in a calm and neat residential neighborhood, not far away from the exlusive Cape Harbour Marina. Shopping possibilities like supermarkets, numerous restaurants, banks and gas stations are located very near by and reachable within a few minutes by car. Also the public library is only a few streets away and offers free internet access. Our property management (German and English speaking) will be glad to assist you with all questions or problems and will show you the house on your arrival day.
