The answer is easy... there is no!
We just would like to ask you to handle the house and its interior with care, that the next guests could also spent a beautiful vacation. Additionally it would be very nice if you would recommend us! But the very best thing would be, if you feel so good in your villa "Corazon Tropical" that you return for your next vacation!
Deposit
The deposit amounts 500 USD and has to be paid at booking. Please mind also the following details. Since we do a fixed reservation for you, we cannot repay the deposit if you have to cancel the reservation for whatever reason. We therefore strongly recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
Reservation/Booking
Please send all request to the below given adresses and please name the requested space of time. If that is still available we send you promptly a rental contract. The signed contract should be sent back to us within 5 working days and the deposit has to be payed onto the given account.
A fixed reservation can only be done after receipt of the signed contract and the deposit payment. Further, we would need your account data in order to pay back the deposit after your stay.
The rental rate has to be paid at arrival to our property management. Please pay attention that we are not able to accept any credit cards! The amount has to be paid cash, with traveller cheques or a bank-approved cheques from an American bank.
